“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. All things were minor but things that can be easily remedied. We fullly enjoyed the stay and the bed/pillows were……

“I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.”

“Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. This property is run down and needs some desperate TLC. The comforter had stains on it and the bathroom was disgusting. Had it not been for the no refund policy I would have stayed elsewhere. This place will leave you wanting to bathe in sanitizer upon leaving.”

“TV had to be reprogrammed. after they fixed it. it went out again. I only can watch one station.”

“The WiFi worked maybe 25% of the time we were there which was a week. Also had no regular tv to watch. No one ever came by to clean the room or for clean towels or toilet paper. Staff members all look like drug users and to top it off someone hit my car and caused damage. When asked to pull the camera the lady in the office told us “they couldn’t deal with that at the time because they were assisting the cops with removing someone from a room”. “The home was beautiful. Upon arrival we were hit with a putrid smell that lingered throughout the weekend. The issue was apparently the garbage disposal as the water on the right side of the sink did not go down fast. While I’m sure it was not intentional it was definitely annoying. We tried bleach in the drain and that did not help. The sheets were not washed prior to our stay as we had crumbs in the bed we slept in along with an orange food stain. The front door was hard to open from the……

“THE BEST PLACE TO STAY if you wanting to be able to walk everywhere in downtown Ocean Springs ”

“Fairly new facility, still being built. Minimal furniture - no side tables or a chair to go with the table. Large drapes cover the ac, making it run continuously. House keeping could be better - the bed was not made, just covered with the duvet.”
